To be entered into the prize draw, you need to send us the three cluewords you have found on the Eco Hunt. You can do this by registering your entry at www.jakanddaxter.co.uk or by sending us three SMS text messages (one with each clueword) to the number given in the Official PlayStation Magazine and poster sites. |

You can enter as many times as you wish by SMS text message or on www.jakanddaxter.co.uk. |

No purchase necessary but you need to pay for the cost of sending SMS text messages (see SMS terms and conditions below) and for any costs of internet access. Please make sure you ask the permission of the person who pays the bill before you enter. |

The competition begins on 5 December 2001 and ends on 14 December 2001. Entries must be received before midnight on 14 December 2001 ("the closing date"). |

If you have found the correct three words, you will be entered into the prize draw which will take place immediately after the closing date. |

The first entry randomly selected after the closing date will win a 32" Sony widescreen TV, DVD player, surround sound system, a PlayStation 2 and a copy of Jak and Daxter. Five runners up will each receive a PlayStation 2 and a copy of Jak and Daxter. |

Prizes are subject to availability and SCEUK reserves the right to substitute for alternative prizes of similar value. Prizes are non transferable and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Prizes may take up to 6 weeks to deliver from closing date of competition. |

The winner and the five runners up will be notified by email or by SMS text message within seven days of the closing date and their names will be posted on www.jakanddaxter.co.uk. |

SCEUK shall have no liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising out of this competition. |

SCEUK is not responsible for incorrect e-mail or postal addresses or for problems with entries caused by factors outside our control, whether due to computer system or mobile telephone network error or otherwise. |

Entry is subject to these rules and entries not in accordance with the rules will be disqualified. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. |

These terms and conditions will not affect your statutory rights. Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits the liability of SCEUK for death or personal injury caused by its negligence. |

SCEE reserves the right to modify these rules, suspend or discontinue this competition at any time. |
